My goal is to give you and your family the resources, guidance, support and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. With my prenatal support I offer birth plan assistance as well as preparation, educational support and emotional support. My goal is to ensure that you feel supported, prepared and empowered throughout your pregnancy.

My goal is to ensure that in my presence you feel safe, seen and heard. I will guide you through labor and delivery by offering continuous labor support, comfort measures, advocacy and communication, emotional support as well as ensuring that your transition into postpartum is honored as the sacred experience it is. When a baby is born, so is a mother and I am here to nurture you as you step into this new and beautiful role.
Postpartum Support
Informative and Compassionate
With my Postpartum Support I offer you my undivided attention during our postpartum visits. I also offer breastfeeding support, newborn care assistance, sibling assistance, light housekeeping, recovery guidance, family support, and guidance. This is such a transformative time in your life allow me to guide and support you as you focus on healing, rest and enjoying your new baby.
